Patricia L. Fulwiler, Esq. is admitted to practice in New York State courts and served over 10 years as the Legal Deputy for three successive Erie County Clerks . She previously was house counsel for one of the largest real estate brokers in Western New York. During her 35-year career in the Buffalo area, she has been named President and Legal Counsel of several title insurance companies and served as Branch Counsel of Commonwealth Title Insurance Corporation. She received her J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her B.A. degree from Michigan State University.
As the Legal Deputy for the Erie County Clerk, she was instrumental in drafting and implementing the Erie County Protocols for E-Filing in the Supreme Court and remains an experienced resource for local filers with NYSCEF. Active in the Bar Association of Erie County, and previously the CLE Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Committee, she has been a frequent speaker for both the Erie Institute and the State Bar Association.
She resides in Williamsville where she serves on the Village Zoning Board of Appeals. An avid gardener, she maintains large organic vegetable and flower gardens at her home.
