New York sexual harassment laws now require each employer – no matter how large or small – to train its entire workforce on how to eliminate and avoid sexual harassment. The first annual training must be completed by October 9, 2019.
The Coppola Firm is offering a one-hour train the trainer seminar on April 11th to show managers how to train their staff. Attendees will learn content and presentation guidance on how to train their workforces on sexual harassment prevention in compliance with New York law.
